| 産総研臨海C玄関のPBD/PBD at AIST Waterfront |
産総研臨海副都心センター玄関に展示しているプルシアンブルーデバイス(PBD)です。PBDは、プルシアンブルーナノ粒子を利用した、エレクトロクロ ミック素子で、電圧印加により、色が変わります。展示しているのは、約1000枚のPBDを利用したオブジェで、青から黄色に、黄色から青に色が変わって いきます。
Prussian blue devices (PBD) display at the entrance of AIST waterfront. PBD is a kind of electrochromic devices with Prussian blue nanoparticles, and changes its color by applying voltages. The display consists of about 1,000 PBDs, with color-change between blue and yellow.
